6. Returns and Refunds

 

Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within same day of delivery. We will process replacement upon inspection of the damaged item.

Wrong Items:

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are not offered!

Please note that refunds are only issued in the event of a failed order delivery due to geographical or operational constraints when a prepaid order is placed.

Return Shipping:

For damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
